Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original, sealed packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
